I want you to know that I was impressed by your knowledgeable and friendly staff and Joe Benson did the installation without a hitch. He was thorough, neat, efficient and detail oriented. My insert looks just like the picture in your catalog and is doing a great job of warming my house. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one. The results exceeded my expectations and I am a satisfied customer.
