| Grid tie inverters. These inverters take the 50-600 volts dc from the Array and converts it to 220 volts ac. Then it can be used in your house or pushed into the grid to turn that meter backwards. | ![]() ![]() |

This is the Locking disconnect. It functions as a shutoff for the photovoltaic system and stops the flow of electricity both to and from your house. It has a fitting that allows a padlock to secure the switch. This is required for safety in case a power company worker or electrician need to work on your wires. |
